At the time of writing, ChoiceLend offers the following types of home loans:
- Variable-rate loans
- Fixed-rate loans (one to five year terms available)
- Construction loans

- Owner-occupied or investment options available
- Principal and interest or interest-only (up to 10 years for an investment loan and up to five years for a personal loan)
- 30 year maximum loan term
- Redraw facility (fees may apply)
- Unlimited loan splits
- Repayment weekly, fortnightly or monthly
- Ability to make additional repayments (limits on fixed-rate loans)
- Repayment through salary credit or direct debit
- Management via internet, phone and BPAY
