Meet Canstar’s Editorial and Research teams

Canstar’s editorial and research teams both share a mission of empowering consumers as they navigate choosing their banking, insurance, utilities and phone providers by making these complex decisions simpler.

Our writers and editors create high quality, free content to provide consumers with a fuller picture on the products and choices when it comes to financial and household products and topics. The research team complements this by analysing thousands of products across a wide range of categories to help Australians define strong value through its Awards and Star Ratings.

Together, these teams ensure consumers have both the educational resources to understand their options and the objective data needed to compare and select the right products.
