Yes, NRMA’s international travel insurance policy offers unlimited cover for overseas hospital, medical, surgical, nursing, ambulance expenses and emergency dental expenses. Its medical cover also assists you in finding treatment and medical evacuation if necessary.

As always, various conditions and exclusions will apply. For example, you will not be covered if the illness or injury is a pre-existing condition.

Yes, NRMA will cover you up to a certain amount for replacing or reimbursing luggage and personal effects that are lost, stolen or damaged while travelling. Terms and conditions apply; for example, you can void your cover if you don’t take good care of your belongings or leave them unattended.

Under NRMA’s domestic travel insurance policy, you’re covered for up to $8,000.

Under NRMA’s international travel insurance policy, you are covered for as much as $12,000.

Yes, NRMA travel insurance will cover up to a certain amount for lost deposits and cancellation fees for pre-paid travel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances outside the traveller’s control on a policy.

Cancellation cover is not automatically included with NRMA – you need to add the amount of cancellation that suits you.
