You can apply for a Service One credit card by comparing their credit cards on the Canstar website and applying online for the card of your choice on the SERVICE ONE website. You can also apply by visiting a local branch.

Regardless of what method you choose, you will need the usual documentation needed to apply for a credit card, including:

  • Your last two payslips and a reference to any other sources of income
  • Up-to-date financial statements if you are self-employed
  • A copy of a recent rental lease and a letter from the owner if renting
  • A statement of any other credit cards you have
  • A statement of any home loan or personal loan you have

You will have to activate the card when it arrives before you are able to use it. Activate the card by logging in to either the online banking portal or the mobile banking app.

Yes, you can manage your Service One Alliance Bank credit card through the mobile banking app or online banking. Using these forms of online banking, you can do things like activating your card, view your recent transaction history, view your balance, and more.

When interest is charged

Interest is calculated daily and charged monthly on purchases when you carry a balance on your Service One Alliance Bank card. Interest is charged on cash advances from the date of withdrawal.

Your credit limit for a Service One Alliance Bank credit card will be determined based on the information you provide in your application, keeping in mind the minimum and maximum limits (see above). You can find out more about how credit limits are determined here.

You can close your Service One Alliance Bank credit card account at any time by contacting Service One on 1300 361 761. Your card balance will need to be repaid in full even after the card is closed. You will continue to receive monthly statements until this card balance is fully repaid.
