When interest is charged

Interest is charged when you carry a balance on your Auswide Bank credit card. Interest is charged on cash advances from the date of withdrawal and balance transfers from the date of transfer.

When interest is not charged

Each card comes with up to 55 days interest-free. Interest-free days are available only if you pay off your balance in full for 2 consecutive months. If you carry a balance on your credit card from month to month, the 55 day interest-free period does not apply and you are charged interest as soon as you make a purchase.

For more information about interest-free days, check out our article on how they work.

Auswide has very generous amounts on offer in terms of credit limits, and what your limit is depends on the information you provide as well as your credit history. Find out more on how credit limits are determined here.
