What types of car insurance does Everyday Insurance offer?
Everyday Insurance offers the following car insurance policies:
Comprehensive or Drive Less Pay Less insurance
Comprehensive car insurance provides the highest level of cover. It typically includes protection for accidental damage to your car and other people’s property, theft, fire, malicious damage, and natural events such as hail or storms. Due to its broad coverage, it is generally the most expensive type of optional car insurance.
Along with its comprehensive cover, Everyday Car Insurance allows you to customise your policy with optional extras, such as roadside assistance, $0 excess windscreen cover, and a hire car after an insured event. While these added features can offer greater peace of mind, they may also increase your overall premium.
If you drive less than 15,000 kilometres a year, you may be eligible for the Drive Less Pay Less option, which provides comprehensive cover at a potentially lower cost for low-usage drivers.
Third Party Property, Fire and Theft insurance
Third Party Property, Fire and Theft insurance provides cover for damage you might cause to other people’s vehicles or property, as well as theft, attempted theft, and fire damage to your own vehicle. However, this level of cover doesn’t typically protect against malicious damage, natural events, or accidental damage to your own car.
Everyday Car Insurance lets you add optional extras like roadside assistance, $0 excess windscreen cover, and a hire car after an insured event to your policy. However, these additions can increase your premium.
Third Party Property Damage insurance
Third Party Property Damage insurance is typically the most basic and affordable form of optional car insurance. It provides cover for damage caused to other people’s vehicles and property. However, it doesn’t cover damage to your own car, nor does it include protection against theft, fire, or natural events.

Does Everyday Insurance offer discounts for its car insurance?
At the time of writing, Everyday Insurance offers a Drive Less Pay Less policy for drivers who travel less than 15,000 km per year. According to the insurer, eligible customers could save up to $320 annually compared to its standard comprehensive cover.
