How do we determine the Most Trusted Internet Providers Award winner?

  • 4,549 consumers surveyed
  • 20 brands assessed
  • One award winner

These awards are based on survey data collected from 4,549 consumers, and for a respondent to be included, they needed to have an active internet plan in their name that they pay the bills for. For a provider to qualify, it must receive a minimum of 30 responses in the survey.

Respondents rate the level of trust they have in their provider on a zero to ten scale, where zero is ‘do not trust at all’ and ten is ‘trust completely’. Respondents are also asked to rate their level of trust in internet providers in general.

Our experienced research team then calculates the average trust score for each retailer and measures that against the overall average trust score for the market.
