About AGL
Integrated energy provider AGL is one of the biggest electricity and gas retailers in the country, with 4.5 million residential and business energy and telco customers.
Founded in 1837, AGL operates throughout Australia, offering electricity and solar in New South Wales, Victoria, South East Queensland and South Australia. It also offers natural gas in NSW, VIC, SA and Western Australia.

While all AGL market offers come with a solar feed-in tariff (FiT), the most generous solar rebates are reserved for those who sign up to its solar-specific plan. However, this plan typically comes with higher usage charges.

AGL Rewards
AGL customers can join the AGL Rewards program, giving them access to discounts, offers and benefits from participating businesses.
Some offers include discounts on movie tickets, fuel, gift cards, theme parks and restaurants.
Utilities bundling
AGL customers can bundle their energy, internet and mobile services to receive bill discounts. Customers with energy plans through AGL can save $10 per month on their AGL mobile phone plan and $15 per month on their AGL internet plan.
However, be sure to compare energy and telco plans separately before deciding to bundle. You may save more money by buying electricity, gas, phone or internet separately from various providers.

- Check your energy usage: Customers with smart meters can check their energy usage in kilowatt hours (kWh) or in cost.
