This Promotion Schedule is incorporated into and forms part of Canstar’s “General Terms and Conditions of Promotions”, available at http://www.canstar.com.au/terms-of-use/. The General Terms and Conditions apply to the Promotion subject of this Promotion Schedule. To the extent of any conflict between this Promotion Schedule and the General Terms and Conditions, this Promotion Schedule will prevail.

2 How to enter To enter the Promotion, Entrants must:
a)     Subscribe for one or more new electronic newsletter subscriptions via the Canstar promotion landing page at https://www.canstar.com.au/chance-to-win-iphone-x/
b)     Provide their name, email address and postcode via the Canstar promotion landing page at https://www.canstar.com.au/chance-to-win-iphone-x/
Notwithstanding clause 9 of the Promotion General Terms and Conditions, each valid email address provided by an Entrant will be counted as an entry in the Promotion, to a maximum of 1 entry per valid email address.
3 Inclusions or exclusions As per the General Terms and Conditions.
4 Details of Prize and value The draw will be in relation to one prize, a brand new iPhone X [capacity64 GB] handset in Space Grey, unlocked (called a “Prize”), valued at $1579 RRP. The Prize will consist of the handset only. The Prize Winner will be responsible to obtain at its own cost connectivity to a telecommunications and data network, a SIM card and other accessories.

The Prize will be posted to the Prize Winner’s validly nominated postal address within Australia (excluding external territories), at Canstar’s expense.
The winning Entrant will be required to reply to Canstar, via reply email of their:
i.         acceptance of their Prize;
ii.         full name;
iii.         contact phone number,
iv.         postal address,
v.         year of birth
vi.         approval for Canstar to announce their name as the Prize Winner on the www.canstar.com.au and/or other relevant publications.
The Prize Winner agrees with Canstar that the date of provision of the Prize is not able to be fixed.  The Prize Winner agrees that Canstar will seek to obtain a Prize and to post it to the Prize Winner as soon as reasonably practicable after launch of the iPhone X in the Australian market, but that this is subject to stock availability.
Should Canstar not be able to provide the Prize by 15 December 2017, the winning Entrant agrees that it will be provided with a substitute prize being an amount of $1,579 cash (“the Cash Prize”) which will be in full satisfaction of the winning Entrant’s entitlements in this Promotion.
Canstar will notify the winning Entrant by email or Facebook message within three Business Days after December 15, 2017 that the Cash Prize is being provided in lieu of the Prize.  The Cash Prize will be transferred by direct deposit to the Prize Winner’s bank account once he or she has notified Canstar via reply email or Facebook message of the bank account details for transfer of the Cash Prize.
As a condition of accepting their Prize, each winner shall agree that their name, state and postcode or suburb may be posted:
i.         on the competition landing page at https://www.canstar.com.au/chance-to-win-iphone-x/ ; and
ii.         on the Canstar Terms of Use page at http://www.canstar.com.au/terms-of-use/; and
iii.         on the Canstar Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Canstar/
5 Draw date, time and location The Prize Winner will be randomly selected from a list of eligible entrants. The draw will take place between 10am and 5pm AEST on Wednesday 1 November 2017 at Level 21, 143 Turbot Street, Brisbane, QLD, 4000.
The Prize Winner will be notified by email by COB on Wednesday 1 November 2017. Winners announcement has been made on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/Canstar/videos/1653547681383307/
6 Permit details This Promotion is authorized in New South Wales by Permit number LTPS/17/17892. The conditions of the permit will override these conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.
7 Additional Conditions For the 2017 Canstar iPhone X Giveaway Promotion:
1.     Clause 26 of the General Terms and Conditions will be replaced by the following clause: “Results of this Promotion will be published on the Promoter’s website at https://www.canstar.com.au/ on 1 November 2017 or, should a re-draw be required, on 9 November 2017.”
2.     Clause 27 of the General Terms and Conditions will be replaced by the following clause: “Should the Winner not claim their prize within five working days of being notified, the Promoter may re-determine a new winner by a random draw which will take place between 10am and 5pm AEST on 9 November 2017 at Level 21, 143 Turbot Street, Brisbane, QLD 4000.”
3.     By entering the Promotion and accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions, read in conjunction with this Schedule.
4.     The Prize manufacturer’s terms and conditions of a Prize will apply to the Prize and the Prize Winner’s use of it.
