Why were NAB customers the most satisfied?
Congratulations to NAB, which has won Canstar’s Most Satisfied Customers Award for Asset Finance for the second year in a row.
NAB received a high overall satisfaction score from its small business customers. It performed strongly across all categories considered, outperforming the average of all other brands researched.
NAB offers a range of business finance options, including business loans and business car and equipment finance.

How did we decide on the winner?
Canstar asked more than 2,000 small businesses how satisfied they were with their finance provider. Of those surveyed, 361 businesses qualified for the award as they had accessed asset finance in the last five years.
Businesses were asked to rate how happy they were with specific aspects of their experience. That included customer service, value for money, problem resolution, fees and charges, communication, loan flexibility and interest rate. The Award was then given to the provider that received the highest overall satisfaction score.
Canstar surveyed businesses from a range of industries, including retail, hospitality, professional and financial services, health and medical services, and tradespeople.
The businesses surveyed also said they used asset finance for different goods, including IT equipment, vehicles, manufacturing machinery, hospitality equipment, construction machinery and furniture.
