The best internet and entertainment bundle providers

The brands rated are listed below in order of best overall satisfaction.

1. Vodafone

Vodafone logo

Vodafone — which last won this award in 2021 — returned to our ratings this year in top spot, scoring five stars for overall satisfaction, customer service, value for money, bill and cost clarity and entertainment inclusions. It also scored four stars in the remaining categories: speed and reliability, along with ease of setup.

Vodafone customers have the option to bundle their internet plan with a Hubbl Hub set top box, which not only consolidates free-to-air TV and streaming apps such as Netflix, Stan and Disney+ in one place, but also allows customers to save on eligible streaming services. Vodafone also offers eligible customers the option to bundle a PlayStation 5 onto their plan.

2. Telstra

Telstra logo

Telstra took out second place with four stars for overall satisfaction, customer service, value for money and bill and cost clarity. While it scored five stars for speed and reliability and ease of setup, it scored only three stars for entertainment inclusions.

Telstra has been one of the leaders in the bundled internet and entertainment space. While it started off with packages like Foxtel and Telstra Box Office, Telstra now offers a wider range of entertainment add-ons that can be bundled with a variety of services, including NBN plans. Telstra’s entertainment add-ons include Fetch, Disney+ and Kayo, while other add-ons like Spotify and gaming console bundling are also available.

3. Optus

Optus logo

Optus came in third place in 2025, scoring four stars in almost all categories including overall satisfaction and value for money, however it scored five stars for ease of setup.

Optus has always offered a range of entertainment add-ons, even if these have changed over the years. Now its main entertainment offering is Optus SubHub — a subscription bundling service available to customers on eligible plans, including NBN. You can bundle subscriptions from Netflix, BINGE, Amazon Prime and more. The more subscriptions you bundle, the more you’ll save.

4. Foxtel

Foxtel rounded out our ratings, scoring three stars in most categories including overall satisfaction, customer service and value for money. However it scored four stars for entertainment inclusions.

Foxtel has been the dominating pay TV service in Australia for decades, so moving into the internet and entertainment bundling space was a no-brainer. All Foxtel NBN plans include NBN 100 speeds, and it’s your choice of Foxtel package — including Movies and Sports bundles — that will determine the monthly cost.
