Over half a million Australians are expected to go overseas for medical care - many of them for dental work, according to an international medical provider.

Australians Are Not Getting Enough Fruit and Veg
New research from CSIRO has found that 1 in 2 adults are not eating the recommended intake of fruit. The Fruit, Vegetable and Diet Score Report, which studied the dietary habits of more than 145,975 Australians, was commissioned by Horticulture Innovation Australia, and is one of the largest surveys of its kind. The report found that a shocking one in two Australian adults (51%) are not eating the recommended intake of fruit, while two in three adults (66%) are lacking in vegetables. April Health Premium Rise Aftermath: You Can Still Switch
In the wake of the April 1 health insurance price rise, health groups are still reminding consumers to shop around for private health insurance. The Consumers Health Forum (CHF) has reassured Australians that they can change health funds at any time, not just before 1 April.
