2018 Car Insurance Claims Service Award

The Outstanding Claims Service Award recognises insurers for a combination of product features specifically related to claims and customer claims satisfaction. The award is based on responses to a national survey that measured the satisfaction level of consumers with their car insurers based on their recent claims experience. The claims satisfaction score takes into account survey responses regarding claim components and customer retention including speed, quality of repairs, overall claims process, ease of claiming and level and quality of communication with the insurer.
