When you signed up to Canstar’s Free Credit Score Tool, you became one of our credit score users. Each users’ credit score is updated in Canstar’s systems every 30 days from the original credit check. This is a soft enquiry on your credit report and does not impact your score, however, as you can see it may be visible on your credit report.

If you don’t wish to retain your Canstar account and access the credit score, you can delete it at any time. You can do so within your Canstar account. Once logged in, go to ‘Edit your profile’ via the account settings and scroll down to ‘Delete Account’. If you would like any assistance with this process or run into any difficulties, please reach out to enquiries@canstar.com.au and let us know.
