The Prize Winner will be notified by email no later than 5pm AEST on the day of the draw. The Prize Winner must claim their Prize within ten (10) business days of being notified by the Promoter.

Should the Prize Winner not claim their Prize within ten (10) business days of being notified, the Promoter may, at its discretion, re-determine a new Winner by a random computerised draw, or discontinue the Promotion for the relevant month. This Promotion commences at 6:00am AEST on Thursday, 19 December 2024 and closes 11:59pm AEST on Thursday, 19 December 2024.

3. How to enter

At or around 6:00am AEST on Thursday, 19 December 2024, the prize will be revealed and open for all Canstar members to win. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must be a Canstar Account holder, and complete the competition entry form in the Canstar App for a chance to win the prize.

Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over.

2. Sign in or create a free Canstar account
3. Cast your vote in the Christmas poll to enter the draw to win the prize

The details of the prize will be revealed to Canstar App users at or around 6:00am AEST on the day of the Promotion Period. The details can be found on the Canstar App competition entry screen. Physical prizes will be delivered to the winner (“Prize Winner”) via Australia post to their valid Australian address.

The winning Entrant will be required to notify Canstar within ten (10) business days, via reply email, of their:

• acceptance of the prize,
• full name,
• contact phone number,
• postal address,
• year of birth,
• approval for Canstar to announce their First name and State as the Prize Winner on the website www.canstar.com.au, Canstar App, Facebook competition post and on relevant publications.

6. Draw date, time and location

The Prize Winner will be selected by a random computerised draw from a list of eligible entrants. The draw will take place at Level 22, 143 Turbot Street, Brisbane, QLD, 4000, at 12:00pm AEST on Friday, 20 December 2024.

The Prize Winner will be notified by email no later than 5pm AEST on the day of the draw. The Prize Winner must claim their Prize within ten (10) business days of being notified by the Promoter.

Should the Prize Winner not claim their Prize within ten (10) business days of being notified, the Promoter may, at its discretion, re-determine a new Winner by a random computerised draw, or discontinue the Promotion for the relevant month. If a re-draw occurs, the draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on the eleventh business day at Level 22, 143 Turbot Street, Brisbane, QLD, 4000.
