The Canstar Online and Mobile Banking Awards use a sophisticated award methodology, unique to Canstar, that compares the features offerings on a wide range of online and mobile banking platforms across Australia. The two Awards recognise institutions which offer quality online and mobile services to enhance customer experience.

Canstar’s Online and Mobile Banking Awards are awarded to the Bank of the Year and the Customer Owned Institution of the Year, which considers mutual banks, credit unions and building societies. In each of these two categories, the institution which cumulatively receives the highest score across the areas of consideration receives the Online Banking Award or Mobile Banking Award.
