This Promotion Schedule is incorporated into and forms part of CANSTAR’s “General Terms and Conditions of Promotions”. The General Terms and Conditions apply to the Promotion subject of this Promotion Schedule. To the extent of any conflict between this Promotion Schedule and the General Terms and Conditions, this Promotion Schedule will prevail.

Promotion Period This Promotion commences at 10am AEST on 27 September, 2016 and closes at midnight AEST on 31 October, 2016.

How to enter To enter the Promotion, Entrants must subscribe for one or more new electronic newsletter subscriptions via the Canstar promotion landing page at www.canstar.com.au/iphone-7-giveaway Notwithstanding clause 9 of the Promotion General Terms and Conditions, each new and different newsletter subscribed to by an Entrant will be counted as an entry in the Promotion, to a maximum of 11 entries per Entrant.
Inclusions or exclusions (if applicable) Residents of South Australia are ineligible to participate.
Details of Prize and value The draw will be in relation to one prize, a brand new iPhone 7 (128GB) handset in Jet Black, unlocked (called a “Prize”), valued at AUD$1,229. The Prize will consist of the handset only. The Prize Winner will be responsible to obtain at its own cost connectivity to a telecommunications and data network, a SIM card and other accessories. The winning Entrant will be required to respond to Canstar within 5 business days once notified via email.
Draw date, time and location One Prize Winner will be randomly selected from a list of eligible Entrants. The draw will take place between 9am and 10am AEST on 1 November 2016 at Level 21, 143 Turbot Street, Brisbane, QLD, 4000. The Prize Winner will be notified by email on 1 November 2016.
Permit details (if applicable) This Promotion is authorised in New South Wales by Permit number LTPS/16/07794. The conditions of the permit will override these conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.
Additional Conditions
  1. For the iPhone 7 competition Promotion:
    • Clause 26 of the General Terms and Conditions will be replaced by the following clause: “Results of this Promotion will be published on the Promoter’s website at the Canstar iPhone 7 promotion landing page, www.canstar.com.au/iphone-7-giveaway and the Canstar Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/Canstar/ upon receiving a response from the winning entrant or, should a re-draw be required, upon receiving a response from the new Prize Winner.”
    • Clause 27 of the General Terms and Conditions will be replaced by the following clause: “Should the Winner not claim their prize within 5 business days of being notified, the Promoter may re-determine a new winner by a random draw which will take place between 9am and 10am AEST on 8 November 2016 at Level 21, 143 Turbot Street, Brisbane, QLD 4000.”
  2. By entering the Promotion and accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions, read in conjunction with this Schedule.
  3. The Prize manufacturer’s terms and conditions of a Prize will apply to the Prize and the Prize Winner’s use of it.
